Bungee Update: 

We will have the plans from the structural engineer SOON. Then we need a contractor to put the system into place. While we can't do bungee classes with snow on the roof, and we are in the midst of winter, we hope to have bungee classes in early 2026!

Alexa has always been passionate about health and fitness. She decided to check an item off her bucket list and attend her very first bungee fitness class. It was that moment and that class that she realized she found a love for a different type of fitness. A new dream of owning her own bungee fitness studio was born & now here we are.

Lakes Region Alternative Fitness is a 2,500 square feet alternative gym in Concord, NH. It is home to the area’s only Bungee Fitness studio. We also strive to make fitness fun with a variety of alternative fitness classes! There is something for every one here.

What is Bungee Fitness?
